A British Army Veteran with a commendable service record of 10 years, Lee has served with both Commando and UKSF units. His military background has instilled in him discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic that he applies to his coaching approach.
Following his military service, Lee embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 26, starting his first business. Over the years, he has ventured into various business sectors, gaining valuable experience and insights. While some of his ventures have been successful, others have presented challenges, providing him with valuable lessons and a deep understanding of the business world.
Despite not considering himself academic due to his school experiences, Lee embraced the opportunity to step out of his comfort zone. At the age of 42, he pursued a Law Degree while managing his other businesses. With determination and perseverance, Lee achieved a Master of Laws at the age of 47, a testament to his commitment to personal growth and continuous learning.
During his journey, Lee encountered burnout, leading him to explore life coaching as a means of personal healing. As he delved into the practice, he discovered a natural talent for helping others overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. This realization aligned with his values and purpose, motivating him to become an accredited and certified Life Coach, NLP and CBT Practitioner, and hypnotherapist.
Drawing on his extensive entrepreneurial background, Lee transitioned into Business Coaching. He now works holistically with business owners, utilizing various frameworks, methods, and techniques to empower them to grow their businesses. His focus is on helping clients achieve financial independence and freedom by leveraging their time and money to create multiple streams of income. Lee's coaching enables entrepreneurs to unlock their potential and create a life of freedom and fulfillment.
In addition to working with business owners, Lee also assists individuals who are tired of the corporate grind.
